

Will be responsible for the scheduling and training of all personnel involved in the daily movement of product both inbound and outbound.Works closely with Commodity Management, our client, and Client Services to coordinate inbound and outbound orders.Will establish a level of acceptable performance for personnel and mentor to exceed daily expectations.Will be required to hold regular scheduled meetings with all departments to evaluate performance levels and discuss ideas and needs.Responsible for maintaining budgetary guidelines for the Shipping department and warehouse personnel.This position will be required to meet budgetary guidelines established for the Warehouse, and ensure all company costs are controlled, and budgeted goals are implemented and achieved.
